Anyway, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Allen R. Kive and I would like to say,

“Welcome to my blog!

Here you will find a collection of my random thoughts and contemplations – all of which are ideas condensed enough to fit on a sticky note. (Because who wants to read a five-page rambling of my thoughts?)

So, why did I write this?

Well, for the past year I’ve written down some of the thoughts that come to me. Some of them are silly and are just for a chuckle and some are more serious and something to genuinely ponder. But in either case, the main reason they are written is for the enjoyment of others.

So here I am saying “hello” to the world (and you). With this blog I will share some of my “sticky note quotes” with you and hopefully they will inspire, amuse, and engage you and the rest of my unmet audience.

With that being said I hope you enjoy them! You are now free to go. I know Instagram, *cough*, uh, work is calling your name.

  2. Could not get to your blog through your comment on my blog – unusual. Went through google with your name to get into your blog. Do not know if others are having this trouble. I followed you just now, so I should be able to read your posts from now on. WordPress is often causing problems for bloggers! Ha

    1. Hmm… I was having trouble with my gravatar being linked to stickynoteqoutes.wordpress.com (a blog a created accidentally, notice the typo with the O and U being reversed). I had deleted that site, and tried linking my gravatar to the correct site, but maybe I didn’t do it correctly. That might be the problem, but I’m glad you noticed it and told me. I’ll have to try to get it resolved. Thank you!

  4. Hi! 🙂 I’m glad I finally found your blog! I had the same trouble that PeggyJoan42 had; actually, the way I found you was because Peggy followed you and it showed up on her “blogs I follow” sidebar. XD (So thank you Peggy!) I look forward to reading your sticky note quotes! 🙂

    I’ve definitely wondered that same thing when I read over what I wrote years ago. But with more of an, “Ugh, why did I write this?!” **cringes** XD

    1. Haha! Yeah, I I tried changing the site my gravatar is linked to, and I think I fixed it, but for some reason all the sites that I’ve made comments to prior to fixing it I don’t think were updated in those places.

Ooohhh, okay. 🙂 In my notifications tab, it still shows that your primary blog is stickynoteqoutes.wordpress.com for some reason, and on your blog comment (the one I am replying to now) your name isn’t a clickable link at all. Perhaps WordPress is still be confused after you fixed Gravatar…?

      2. Hmmm… Yeah, I don’t know what’s going on. I just tried logging out and went to you’re blog. There my avatar picture is linked to the correct site (stickynotequotes.wordpress.com), but you’re right my actual name doesn’t link to anything.

    1. Yes, thank you. I had some technical difficulties with my gravatar being linked to sticknoteqoutes.wordpress.com (notice the typo with the “o” and “u”), which was a site I had accidentally made and deleted. Recently, I was made aware of the error and I think the problem resolved now.
